A square greetings card featuring Robin Hood’s Bay in North Yorkshire.
An all round favourite for many people, Robin Hood’s Bay in North Yorkshire is a small picturesque fishing village located in the North York Moors National Park. With is winding streets and hidden alleyways, Robin Hood’s Bay made for a perfect location for smugglers to conceal their goods during the 18th & 19th century.
Creating the drawing for the Robin Hood’s Bay Greetings card brought back one of my first memories of visiting the village, which was on a Brownies trip where we searched for fossils on the beach.
